DEVELOP YOUR CAPACITY TO FACE AND SURPASS DIFFICULTIES INDEPENDENTLY AND DO THE CORRECT THING WITHOUT NEED OF EXTERNAL ORDERS.

In this challenge we will learn to reinforce the self-confidence and to face unexpected situations to which will answer in spontaneous and intuitive way surpassing difficulties to advance towards a goal.

Objective

To analyze daily situations with a proactive approach.

To Do

Starting point: Think in a key situation, in which you face an unusual problem and in which you cannot attend to the council or the instruction of another person of greater category or knowledges than you. It should be an obstacle that requires of performance in some sense (no the inaction) to avoid greater evils or to reach one goal.

Action Plan

1. Identify the action and treat to describe it with precision: what obstacles or fetters exist, what you will achieve if you get over the situation and what will occur if you do not do it. The difficulties and the utility.

1. TAKE A WEEK. WE WILL REMEMBER YOU EVERY DAY THAT YOU TAKE A TIME TO THINK ABOUT THIS.

          a. Every day: REMEMBER: Take five minutes to think about the situation in your life that requires some type of reaction.

          b. Write in the portfolio:

                    i. DAY 1.- Think for one moment that in your life there are some situations in which you have to face unforeseen and trust your intelligence acting with celerity, and the “not acting” supposes a risk.

                    ii. DAY 2.- Describe this key point in your life that you have to improve. What do you do? Do you wait for so long expecting that somebody help you or give you some orientation? How long do you take in acting? Does the fear to make a mistake leave you blocked?

                    iii. Day 3.- What do you feel what you do when you get over it?

                    iv. Day 4.- How do you feel when you act and you face the problem?

                    v. Day 5.- What would be the optimal result?

                    vi. Day 6.- Which obstacles delay your intervention?

                    vii. Day 7.- What depends on you and what does not depend on you? How could you neutralize those obstacles or brakes?
