After implementing the methods provided in the challenges we started to listen more carefully to our customers and also changed our approach to them. Alina P. (Poland) I have managed to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, learn to see a topic from another point of view, and apply what I have learned, today I feel stronger and more empowered. Enrique P. (Spain) It is an excellent way to benefit from a self-evaluation – be more aware of your qualities and weaknesses. Dan I. (Romania)

SELF-MOTIVATION AND GRATITUDE. WRITE WHAT YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR

Without motivation, you will give up after a few failed attempts or even on the first tough challenge that comes your way. By spending time each day expressing gratitude for all of the blessings in your life, you do two things. First, you recognize that even though things may not be exactly as you would like, you are fortunate to have what you do. Second, the more blessings you are thankful for, the more you draw in or attract.

Objective

To have the power to create a ‘’self-sustaining motivation engine’

To Do

Watch yourself in your minds-eye successfully completing all the tasks that need to be accomplished that day. Once you know exactly what you want to accomplish that day, “watch” yourself achieve it all!

Action Plan

If you woke up tomorrow and only had the things you were thankful for today, what would you have?

Come up with a list of all of the things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night.

REMEMBER: Every day: Take five minutes to choose 3 things that you are grateful for. What do we aim to achieve? The goal of all this is to establish routines of good habits that we go through at various points.

i. DAY 1.- Write a simple gratitude list every single day. Take five minutes and choose 3 things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night.

ii. DAY 2.- Write a simple gratitude list every single day. Take five minutes and choose 3 things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. Are there different things? Why?

iii. DAY 3.- Write a simple gratitude list every single day. Take five minutes and choose 3 things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. Are there different things? Why?

vi. DAY 6.- Write a simple gratitude list every single day. Take five minutes and choose 3 things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. Are there different things? Why? Do you feel a change?

vii. DAY 7.- Write a simple gratitude list every single day. Take five minutes and choose 3 things that you are grateful for and go over it when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. Gather the gratitude lists for all seven days and see where there are differences and where there are similarities. Can you recognize which things make you the happiest? Why?
