EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN ACTION

When we carry out any activity being aware of emotional intelleigence, we can reflect on our motivations for the things we do, and the reasons why we do them. It t is important to reflect on the reasons that make us to be able to achieve something, because they are the pillars, our strengths in times where there is conflict in our lives. These reasons also allow us to keep a healthy balance.

Objective

To achieve the goal of solving conflict in the context of emotional intelligence skills.

To Do

REMEMBER: Take 3 minutes to think about the situation in your life that you want to change / improve.

Action Plan

i. DAY 1.- Write down 2 reasons that make you do this action.

ii. DAY 2.- Write down 2 objectives for which you are doing this action.

iii. DAY 3.- Take a look at what you wrote in previous days; which of them depend only on you, what are the reasons to do them that are external to you. Identify them and write them down in two different lists.

iv. DAY 4.- Choose 2 things that you consider more powerful or that have more strength to use them to achieve your actions or objectives. And, above all, the reasons that will have a longer duration and impact on the results you want to achieve.
