When you define what situation you want to act on to change it, you define the motivations, the obstacles and the possibilities for action. The final step is the implementation, the action that must be carried out to achieve the goal and objective set.
Apply an action plan to find creative ways to reflect on your ability to adapt and succeed.
Day 1.- Write down the actions or tasks that you must do to reach your goal. Write them in the portfolio.
Day 2.- Identify when you must perform each task. When are you going to do them and how long do they take you? Write it in the portfolio.
From Day 3 to day 30.-Start doing it.
Day 30.- Reflect on the changes. Record if the changes have been positive. Have you improved? How do you feel now? Do you think the situation should be improved again? If the answer is yes we recommend you to go back to finding creative ways to reflect on your ability to adapt and succeed.
Once a week remember that you are working on the new action.
At the end of the 30 days, if the action has been followed, CONGRATULATIONS. One point for performances on days 1, 2 and 3. Ten points if the task has improved.
