How did you get in contact with the 40 Challenges Project?
My first contact with 40 Challenges project was when representative of Association ARID called me with question if I would like to participate in the testing phase of the project 40 CSE product.
What Soft Skills where more attractive for you?
I am working in the used cars selling business so in my business the most important skills are customer service and connected to this listening capacity.
How many Challenges were you able to fulfill?
I was very curious of the practical approach of the project and I was executing all challenges connected to those two skills. I have to admit I was very surprised how interesting and useful are those challenges.
What concrete results did you get implementing these Challenges?
First of all I have read all those challenges. Later on I was doing it one by one. I have to admit I do it still in my daily work. This tools relevant to customer services and the exercises with voice modulation are very useful. I tried to use it in my work and it really works. Also Listening capacity skills are useful. I noticed that before tried this challenges I had very low level of this skill.
Do you think your work as an entrepreneur will improve?
I have to admit this training increased my skills and it has significant impact on my sales results. Even if now here is a big deceasing of the selling cars I am pretty sure those skills will help me increase numbers of sold cars and numbers of satisfied customers.
Would you recommend the 40 Challenges Project to others? Why?
I definitely will recommend this product as a referring one for increase skills and very useful product to make better the professional life.
