How to Become a More Well-Rounded Leader.

In this challenge we will show you a tool for evaluating your current strengths and areas you need to improve. What are you good at? You can also get feedback on your leadership strengths and development needs by asking your co-workers, your collaborators, your colleagues and your superiors.

Objective

Receiving feedback from all "directions" refers to 360 ° feedback and is an important part for the development of leaders. It's a good way to know what we have to improve as a leader

Action Plan
  • Day 1. Think and write down what you consider to be your strengths as a leader.
  • Day 2- Think and write down what you consider to be your weaknesses as a leader.
  • Day 3- Ask your co-workers and superiors to write down their experience with you in which aspects as a leader you work well and which ones could be improved.
  • Day 4- According to your opinion and that of your colleagues, prepare a definitive list with your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Day 5- According to the results of the list, prepares an action plan to improve your weak points.
