Action Plan
- Day 1. Think and write down what you consider to be your strengths as a leader.
- Day 2- Think and write down what you consider to be your weaknesses as a leader.
- Day 3- Ask your co-workers and superiors to write down their experience with you in which aspects as a leader you work well and which ones could be improved.
- Day 4- According to your opinion and that of your colleagues, prepare a definitive list with your strengths and weaknesses.
- Day 5- According to the results of the list, prepares an action plan to improve your weak points.
