In this challenge you will be having the opportunity to improve the ‘’relationship with yourself’’. As a result, you will be able to visualize and review your own goals and to find the best way to achieve them. This challenge will offer you the chance to overcome obstacles and to analyse what majority of successful people do each day. It is extremely important to figure out what works for you and do it.
Analyse and foster your strategic skills for a smart personal development
Visualize and review your goals. Why? In order to get organized and stay productive, you need to do things every day that you do not necessarily want to do. What do we aim to achieve? The goal of all this is to establish routines of good habits that we go through at various points. The point is to make habits of things that you should do, but otherwise tend not to. Based on this you will be having the opportunity to improve your way of thinking, to support work-based learning and to ‘’enjoy the power’’ of self-motivation.
1. Simply close your eyes and imagine yourself excelling and being the best you. Put yourself in situations where you shine, visualizing the best possible outcome.
2. Include as much detail in your visualizations as possible, using all of your senses and making your “training” even more powerful. The biggest key to this is that you see yourself living the end result while experiencing that exact emotion you will be experiencing at that moment.
3. TAKE 5 DAYS. WE WILL REMEMBER YOU EVERY DAY THAT YOU MUST TAKE A TIME TO VISUALIZE AND REVIEW YOUR GOALS.
a. Every day: REMEMBER: Take five minutes to imagine yourself excelling by visualizing the best possible outcomes.
b. Write in the portfolio:
i. DAY 1.- Early morning can be an excellent time for contemplation. Get positive! Close your eyes and put yourself in situations where you shine.
ii. DAY 2.- Are you in the spotlight? Are you supported by family or friends? Are you on your own?
iii. DAY 3.- Describe how you feel and ask yourself a simple question: Why? Why do I need this? Why do I feel in this way?
iv. DAY 4.- Imagine some possible obstacles which could limit the achievement of your goals/success. How do you feel? Do you have the power to overcome the obstacles? Why?
v. DAY 5.- Find a balance! Compare how you felt when you achieved your goals easily and how you felt when there were obstacles. That inspires you to keep going and accomplish even more?
Daily on the task to be carried out each day
Every day write down a “point” if you have done what it was planned the previous day and think about the next task of the day.
