When we carry out any activity or launch a project, we must ask ourselves about our motivations, what moves us to do it, the reasons. Admission of a mistake, even if only privately to yourself, makes learning possible by moving the focus away from blame assignment and towards understanding. Wise people admit their mistakes easily. They know progress accelerates when they do.
To define what moves you to achieve your goals and achievements and to learn from your mistakes.
REMEMBER: Take five minutes to think about the situation in your life that you want to change / improve.
i. DAY 1.- Write down 5 reasons why we don´t learn from our mistakes.
ii. DAY 2.- Write down 5 objectives for not learning from your mistakes.
iii. DAY 3.- Take a look at the reasons that you wrote down the previous days; which of them depend only on you and you do them because their source is you? What are the reasons to do them that are external to you? Identify them and write them down in two different lists.
iv. DAY 4.- From the list of 10 motivating factors, choose the five that are most important for you, those that you consider more powerful or that have more strength to use them as determining elements to achieve your action or objective. And, above all, the reasons that will have a longer duration and impact on the results you want to achieve.
Daily on the task to be carried out each day.
Every day you will receive feedback for what was done the previous day and will propose the new task. Every day you get a point if you perform these tasks.
